Love

Hi everybody!

I have made another LO. And I'm so happy with it. So bright and colorful... really love it!
I used Becky's beautiful sketch from PageMaps. I like to enter my LO for her contest.

I played with my white dabber and lots of glimmermist. The lovely designpapers are oldies from Basic Grey, but they make me smile.... still. The title "Love" refers to my daughters love for her new Nintendo :o)
On the blog Challenge me Happy, they have a challenge refering to the word Love, so my LO fits perfectly.

The two flowers and the datetag were cut out by hand. So I can also enter my LO at The Studio Challenges were you must use your siccors to create something for your LO.

As far as the colours, orange, blue, green, red... a perfect LO for the challenge at For Your Inspiration, I think.

I hope you like my LO as much as I do. I enjoyed myselfs with this one.
Let me know what you think, OK?
Thanks!

...en vakker stein...

Hi!

I have another lay-out to show you.
This one I made for a competition on scrapbookexpress
(which is now scrappeland.no).

We had to use this sketch (originaly from Pencil Lines).

The title was made with tiny alphas black and white from Making Memories
and big foam letters from Thickers.

This embellishment was a print and cut feature which I made with my Silhouette.

And the banners were also cut out with my Silhouette. The nice swirl is a felt sticker.

My daughter was so captured by the beautiful stone she found. It was a beauty actually, with its dark and light grey and orange lines. Mommy, you have to take a picture!

Nice to mention I was second in the competition :o)

Merry Christmas..... Christmas Challenges {with sketches} # 14

Hi!

It's Wednesday again. Time for another challenge at CCWS. Our own Wilma made a beautiful sketch for us  for these two weeks. Just look at the blog and you'll be surprised, not to mention by the beautiful cards my teamplayers made as inspiration.
This is my card!

I'm not so very good at this, but I coloured my Tilda with distress inks. Just stamped my inkpad on an acrylic block and began colouring with my waterpencil. I think I did a good job, didn't I?

This little flower was made from two cupcakes (and a white little flower in the middle). A lady at Scrappeland showed us a youtube-film where you could find the tutorial. Thanks Susan! It was so much fun to make it.

For these two weeks we are sponsored by

I hope you join us again with yet another Christmas card.
Christmas is just around the corner, you know...

Bye bye!

...You

Hi everybody!

I want you to know, I've made a decision. From now on I will be working more on lay-outs for my girls' scrapbooks again. I have really missed it. So the cards will take a second place, except my Christmas cards. Because I just love making those :o)

Throughout the year I made a LO once and a while. This one was made in connection with a sketch-challenge in February on Scrapbook Express (which Scrappeland took over now).

This was the sketch we had to work with

I just love this photo. The way she looks through her bangs and drinks her milk with a straw.

For the journaling I listed words which say something about my daughter.

The papers and the matching embellishments are from Basic Grey.

The little lines were set in black and white.

Hopefully you like my lay-out as much as I do.
Let me know OK?

Thanks!!

Merry Christmas.... challenge # 13 at Christmas Challenges {with sketches}

Hi everyone!
I'm back home in Norway again. We were in the Netherlands for a family celebration. I had this card on my scrappingtable when we left and I just finished it last Monday :o) Of course it is a Christmas card again. This time for challenge 13 on Christmas Challenges {with sketches}. Renata made a wonderful sketch for us, thanks girl!

The star is a felt sticker from Little Yellow Bicycle. I wrapped a little tread around it for some extra colour. My papers are oldies from Vibeke Spigseth :o)

A few half pearls and no (as my husband thought) I did not spill coffee on the edge :o)

This sweet Tilda was coloured with my Derwent coloursoft pencils

skin: 170-190-620
hair: 570-560
letters: 010-120
dress: 180
socks: 120

For the sentiment I used a piece of left over ribbon. Here you can also see that I applied stickels on the edges and draw a faux stitch around it.

I hope you like my card and I hope you all will join us at Christmas Challenges {with sketches}. We have a wonderful sponsor and a wonderful prize!

Christmas is well on its way!
