Wishing you.... Christmas Challenges # 18

Hi everybody...

I'm back with another Christmas card for Christmas Challenges {with sketches}. This time Janneke made a beautiful sketch for us. And I made an easelcard with her sketch :o)
My designpapers are from BoBunny and I used with cardstock with a light blue otherside.

I stamped a Christmas-sentiment  and diecut it with a Docraft Die.
Then cut it out a little bit bigger for nice matting.
The buttons are from my stash.

The stamp is one from Magnolia and was coloured with my Copics:

bag: B91/93/95/97
gifts: R29/C0/2/4

I made a nice pattern with ribbon from Rayher behind the stamp.

Hopefully you like my card again :o) If you want to continue making Christmas cards, please visit our challenge blog for a inspiring sketch and of course to see the beautiful cards from my teammates.
With Random.org we select a winner. Our sponsor for these two weeks is

I hope to see you all at Christmas Challenges {with sketches}
Bye!

Klatre steg for steg....(climbing step by step...)

Hi everyone!

After a lot of cards, I want to show you another LO. This one I made as a result of a competition on Scrappeland.no. We had to scrap a song. Well one of the favorite songs of our children is "Klatre steg for steg", climbing step by step. This was a song from Melodi Grand Prix junior here in Norway.

The photo's were made in the Netherlands, when we were on holiday there.
I didn't use cardstock, only designpapers.  The flowers are from wood with three different buttons on it. My silhouette helped me making the big flower on the left, the journaling- and datetag. The title are letters from the paperstack and some are made with my Dymo labelmaker. For a little bit extra I placed a felt butterfly with the big flower.

I love this LO. Now I have to decide in which album this one will end up :o)

Thanks again for your visit and I hope you will let me know what you think of this one.

See you soon!

Believe...Christmas Challenges {with sketches} # 17

Hi everybody!

First of all I want to wish you a Happy Newyear.
Secondly I really want to thank you all for your comments the past year. I enjoyed reading each and every one :o)

And now we go back to daily life. After little over a week we are in our regular pattern again.
So what do we do? Yes, we make Christmas cards :o) What better way to start the new year, don't you think?  At Christmas Challenges {with sketches} we have a new sketch for you. Made for you by our talented Claire.

This is my card as inspiration for you all. I rotated the sketch to get more of a balanse in it.

In this challenge we want you to use dies or punches. Well I have used both. Here you can see I used my Martha Stewart punch. The sentiment is a rubbon from Hot off the Press.

Behind Santa you can see my die from Docraft Dielicious. The circle was cut out with my Curvy Cutter from EK success.

Santa was coloured with Derwent coloursoft pencils:

skin: 170-190-620
hair: 710
clothes: 130
gift: 480-010
shoes: 520-530-010
and stickles, frosted lace

Furthermore, I used paper from Imaginisce and ribbon from Craft Essentials.
This swirl is from Little Yellow Bicycle and the brads I bought at Nille (a Norwegian household-shop with some scrappingstuff).

Yes, I know, we just had Christmas. But you do want to send cards this year too, don't you?
Well, let's continue making those cards, OK?
Especially when you can win an amazing prize again. This time our sponsor is

So I hope to see a lot of cards again at Christmas Challenges {with sketches}.
Happy cardmaking!
