Winter wonderland..... Christmas Challeges {with sketches} # 10

 Hi everybody!

Thanks for joining me again on this Wednesday.
And thank you all for the nice comments on my previous cards. I do so much enjoy them :-)

But as I said it's Wednesday again and time for the next challenge at our Christmas Challenges {with sketches} blog. It's a sight for sore eyes to see all your beautiful cards. Thanks for joining us.
For this week, Monique made a gorgeous sketch for us to work with. Check it out on the blog. And this is my version of it. I pimped a paperbag.

These lovely brads are from Karen Foster Design. And I found the ribbon in my stash.

The sentiment is a metal one from Making Memories.

For my image I masked Tilda in front of a fence. I coloured her with my copics:

skin: E000/50/51/53
cheeks: E93
hair: E31/33/35
coat and hat: R22/81/83
boots and bow: YG11/B91/93
fence: E31/33/35/W4
bell: Y32/35
gloves: E50/51/53
snow: C0/2
shadow: W2
blender

I don't have many colours yet, but I think I'm doing allright :-)

For the snow I took my snowmarker and a little bit of glitter. The fur was also "coloured" with some stickles. You don't see that so much, but if you click on the picture it becomes more visible.

I decoraded the back of the bag, also with papers from Marianne Design, Old fashion Christmas, just like the front. I used another brad and my personal stamp.

I already filled my bag with 2 chocolatebars. I hope the last until Christmas ;-)

Go check out our blog now, Christmas Challenges {with sketches}. Join in the fun and let our DT inspire you further! You can win some goodies from:

Hope to see you there. Bye for now!!

*Hello*

Hi!

Today the new challenge was brought out at the Derwent-blog. We want you to do paper piecing with some coloring with your Derwent colorsoft pencils. And that is a lot of fun, I can tell you that much!
Because I wanted to try to make a shaker card, I thought this was the opportunity to do so.

As shaking material I used some beads, I got from my mother.

The sentiment was made with my Silhouette, the print and cut option.

This little baby was dressed by stamping its clothes on designpapers, which were cut out and glued on the main stamp. For the remaining parts I used my Derwent colorsoft pencils:

skin: 170-190-620
giraffe: 580-590-600
shoes and pompons: 190-200

From my papers I used the left over bits and pieces to decorate the back of my card. O, by the way, the designpapers are from DCWV, the sweet stack with glitter.

Here you can actually see the beads "go round".

Well if you're in a "dressing" mood, come over and pay a visit to the Derwent-blog. There you can see the other team-members creations. Join in the fun!

Bye, bye...

Hi hi!!

It's been 2 weeks since the last challenge at Christmas Challenges {with sketches} and we have seen some amazing cards.
You guys girls have talent!!
You don't make it easy on us to choose a top 3, I can tell you that much ;-)

Well I want to show you now my card I made with Marions beautiful sketch, which you can find on the blog. So check that out later. My teammates made some gorgeous cards too. Go and pay them a visit. They would love to hear from you too.

My sentiment is a an epoxy sticker from Creative Imaginations from way back.

I used some felt stars I found in a local store and some flocked brads from Déjà Views.
My papers are from Dovercraft, Christmas Fancy.

This stamp is a digi from Meljen's Design. She draws fabulous images.
I coloured again with my copics, I'm finding it more fun everytime I use them :-)

candysticks: R81/83/85

Tilda with her flower pot

Hi everyone!

Last Sunday when the rain was pooring down on us here, I sat with one of my girls in our scrappingroom
and we both made a card. I found a beautiful card in the Simply Cards & Papercrafts, issue 88 by Bev Rochester and I lifted that one. Thank you, Bev! This one's mine :-)

I had an old scrappingkit just laying around with beautiful papers and embellishments from Bo Bunny in it.
So I used that one and there came a very nice card out of it.

This is the back of the card with my personal stamp and some bits and pieces of paper and ribbon.

On the inside I used two rubbons from Bo Bunny.

I coloured Tilda with my Copics again:

skin: E000/50/51/53
sheeks: E93
hair: E31/33/35
dress: YG11 and B91 (blended)
coat and bow ties: YG11/13/17
shoes: E33/35/YG97
pot: YG97 and E33 and E35 (blended)
flowers: Y11/YG97/YG11
shadow: C0
grass: YG11/13/17

I want to enter this card in the Just Magnolia challenge. Anyting goes there,
but you have to use circles and of course a Magnolia stamp.

I hope you have enjoyed looking at my card and I love to get some feedback on it,
because I love to read your comments :-))

See you soon...

50... Amazing

My teammie, Carol from Christmas Challenges {with sketches} had her 50th birthday a little while ago.  I made this card for her.

I stamped three times, the books two times and the girl one time. I used one of my shaped scissors and dotted the pointed areas.

A big 50 could not be missed.

I coloured this missy and her books with my copics:

skin: E000/50/51/53
sheeks: E93
hair: E31/33/35
shoes: YG11/13/17
butterfly and ruches: Y35/38
suite: promarkers from my friend Anne Karin (thank you girl!)
books: R81/83/85
B91/93
BV01/02
YG11/13
Y32/35/38
E31/33
shadow: W2/4
blender

What do you all think of this card? Please let me know, OK? I love to hear from you...

Have a nice weekend!
