Just saying hello en Welkom thuis

After the sketch of Sweet Sketch Wednesday I made this card yesterday, together with my scrapclub.

I replaced the little flower in the sketch with 3 brads.

With some pieces of designpaper I decoraded the inside...

.... and the back together with my own stamp.

On this beautiful Ollyfant stamp I used my derwent pencils and the MCP technique.

.................

And my daughter made a card also for her grandmother, who is coming home from her vacation!

Isn't it a beautiful card she made??

New home

For friends who moved to a new home I made this card. I used the beautiful Magnolia house and coulored it with my aquarelpencils.

On the inside I stamped a little cornerstamp and a piece of designpaper.

With a little piece of scrappersfloss I tied a key to the door.

And with my slotpunch I made beautiful holes for my ribbon.

What do you think, isn't it a nice card?

A starbook

In september last year I made a starbook for an unkle and aunt from my husband. Our whole kitchentable was full of scrappingstuff!

Because we couldn't go to their fortieth wedding anniversary, I wanted to make them something special that I could send in the mail. And this starbook was perfect for that.

The front and back of the book were little bit simular with the beautiful textstamp and little stamps around it.

I made 7 pages in the book.

With of course a picture of them from there wedding 40 years ago.

I think a starbook is beautiful in so many angles. And to see the star from above, yeah, really nice!

Of course the book needed a nice wrap. So I decorated a paperbag...

... and made a little card to go with it.

My in-laws were at the weddingparty and gave this gift from us. We heared the bride and groom were very happy to get this starbook. And it was a pleasure to make such a book.

Nicole, an LO about myself

A while ago I saw an LO made by Frences about herself. I thought that was a very nice idea, we always scrap about others, don't we? And because my husband always says, I think in black and white, I decided to do it in those colours. It was a pleasant surprise when I read that the challenge on Scrappekammeret was to do an LO in black and white.

So here comes my contribution.

It was a simple title: my name!

What am I?
From top to bottom: a wife, mother, daughter, daughter-in-law, friends, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and a neighbour!

And of course a...

I stamped some beautiful big swirls and placed flowers in the middle.

And to frame my picture, I used 3 different borderstamps!

It was very fun to make a lay out of myself!
I challenge everyone to do the same!

Dwyt-sketch # 15

Together with my scrapclub I made this card after a sketch from Dwyt.

I like the doodleflower in the middle, don't you?

I don't know if it's visable, but I gave the swirls some glitter with my Spica-markers.

A nice card for a happy hello!

Dwytter sketch # 10

And now the second sketch I used from Dwyt, sketch # 10:

I've used a lot of glimmermist on the flowers!!

This little butterfly is kind of sitting on a flower of ribbon.

and this very simple one

The sunflower is actually a decorationpiece and not really a scrappingflower...

Very elegant I think is the velvet ribbon on the bottom of the card.

How do you like these?

Dwytter-sketch # 3

For a while now I make cards using the sketches of Dwyt (Don't Wast Your Thursdays), but I never posted any, until now. So here they come.

The first I made was using Dwyt sketch # 3.

This was really using your paper-leftovers. Lovely!

And from my remains from my christmascards, I made this one with the funny snowman!

Isn't he a cuttie?
