November for Derwents DT

Hello again!

I'm glad you stopped by, because now I can show you my contribution to yet another challenge on the Derwent-challengeblog. It's actually for my calender for my friend and it's the month of November. The challenge for these two weeks to come is "use 2 of everything and color with Derwents colorsofts". 

This little man is colored with these pencils:

skin: 170-190-620

hair: 530-520

shirt: 360

tie: 510

suit: 480

shoes: 520

Well, considering the challenge I used, 2 designpapers, 2 big brown flowers, 2 little brown flowers, 2 green flowers, 2 blue flowers (which I cut out with my silhouette and stamped), 2 stamps (Edwin and a backgroundstamp) 2 white pearls, 2 blue pearls.....

.... and 2 ribbons.

Challenge nr. 3 at Christmas Challenges {with sketches}

Hi there!

Again, two weeks ago I posted my last blog post. I don't know what it is, but time flies me by these days. 

Well, time again for another challenge at Christmas Challenges {with sketches}. And this time it was my turn to  design a sketch for you to work with. Check out the challenge-blog for it and for the beautiful cards from my DT-colleagues. 

I used my sketch for the month December on the calender for my friend Heidi. 

It is almost finished now and I can send it to her. 

Reindeer Tilda was colored with my Derwent coloursoft pencils.

hair: 010-570-590

suit: 150-350

socks and bells: 430

her horns: 530

I punched out a bunch of snowflakes and decorated them with little pearls. 

With my Martha Stewart punch I made 3 big snowflakes in 3 circles.

A winter theme... for Christmas Challenges {with sketches}

Hi everybody!

Has two weeks passed by already?? Time just flies sometimes doesn't it? I was so busy with family-things and all...sorry that I didn't post anything these last two weeks. But I'm back again with the second challenge on our new blog Christmas Challenges {with sketches}. Go visit the blog, because Marion made a sketch for us all and my colleagues made some beautiful cards. This here is my contribution. It is actually a very simple creation, because it is part of a calender (the month of January) for a dear friend who is moving to Canada.

I colored Tilda with my Derwent coloursoft pencils:

gloves and socks: 450

shoes: 480-630-310

tights:  480

lantern: 630-580

I used design paper from Marianne Design and just some flowers to embellish and I was finished with January.
