Hi!
Today the new challenge was brought out at the Derwent-blog. We want you to do paper piecing with some coloring with your Derwent colorsoft pencils. And that is a lot of fun, I can tell you that much!
Because I wanted to try to make a shaker card, I thought this was the opportunity to do so.
As shaking material I used some beads, I got from my mother.
The sentiment was made with my Silhouette, the print and cut option.
This little baby was dressed by stamping its clothes on designpapers, which were cut out and glued on the main stamp. For the remaining parts I used my Derwent colorsoft pencils:
skin: 170-190-620
giraffe: 580-590-600
shoes and pompons: 190-200
From my papers I used the left over bits and pieces to decorate the back of my card. O, by the way, the designpapers are from DCWV, the sweet stack with glitter.
Here you can actually see the beads "go round".
Well if you're in a "dressing" mood, come over and pay a visit to the Derwent-blog. There you can see the other team-members creations. Join in the fun!
Bye, bye...
